Okay.

What is the Bible made up of?

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

TIMOTHY 3:16

How can reading the Bible help you?

“How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word. 10 I seek you with all my heart; do not let me from your commands.”

So, reading the Bible can save me from falling into sin…

But what of Satan’s attacks?

PSALM 119: 9-1

“Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.”
PROVERBS 30:5

Reading God’s word will protect you.

When Jesus was tempted…

He quoted scripture.

⁴ Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’

HOLY FATHER LEAD US TO STUDY YOUR WORD AND SPEND TIME WITH YOU. HELP US TO GIVE OUR BEST TO YOU. TO LOVE YOU WITH EVERY FIBRE OF OUR BEING. WITH EVERY BREATH YOU GIVE US. WITH EVERY BEAT OF OUR HEART. HELP US LORD TO LOVE YOU MORE DEARLY. IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME WE PRAY. AMEN
